Returns Terms & Conditions
Returns are accepted on most items within 15 days of the date of delivery*. All items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee ($5 minimum restocking fee per order). The shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Budget Medical Supplies typically does not provide return shipping unless you received the incorrect item/size or the item you received was defective and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
How to Return an Item
For all returns, a Return Authorization number is required. To obtain an RA number, please use our contact us form and note that you are requesting an RA Number Request in the message, please include the name of the item(s) you are wishing to return and the reason for the return(s). You will receive an email from the Budget Medical Supplies customer service team with the RA number and the return shipping address.
* Personal Medical Products that have been used (such as Cold Therapy Units, Compression Garments, Saunders Cervical/Lumbar Traction units, TENS units, etc) will not be eligible for return. These items are eligible for Warranty Replacement only.
